Infrared SALT SAUNA
Our Salt Saunas are unique in design. We integrate halo-therapy, combining the elemental forces of salt-infused air with the heat of full spectrum infrared light to amplify and extend the range of restorative benefits for body, mind, skin and soul.
Sauna therapy has deep roots in the ancient Nordic world. Fittingly, our saunas each bear the name of a Norse god or goddess: Baldr — god of light and radiance; Eir — goddess of healing; Freyr — god of peace and prosperity.
The therapeutic effects of our Infrared Salt Sauna experience are cumulative, so we encourage regular sessions to optimise and extend the benefits. We now offer membership and value multipacks to give you more ways to integrate the ritual into your weekly wellbeing schedule.
A PLETHORA OF BENEFITS
for physical & mental wellbeing
Recovery & relaxation
Infrared heat works deep into the body to ease tension, support muscle repair, and reduce inflammation. Paired with salt air which eases breathing and calms the nervous system, the result is total mind–body relaxation.
Detox & weight management
Sweating supercharges your body’s natural detox process and increases metabolism. Unlike traditional saunas, infrared heat warms you from within for more effective results, and the intensity can be adjusted to suit your goals. Sauna and red light therapy can also help regulate hormone production.
Skin rejuvenation
Infrared heat and red light revitalise skin by stimulating collagen production and blood flow to smooth texture and tone. Heat opens pores and salt air soothes and clarifies the skin. Regular use can even help with conditions like acne or eczema.
Heart & lung health
Raising the body’s core temperature improves circulation and lowers blood pressure, while salty air eases congestion and opens airways. Together these therapies support a healthy heart, lungs and overall immune system.
Emotional wellbeing & sleep
Infrared heat, red light and salt therapy work together support emotional wellbeing by regulating stress hormones, releasing endorphins, and relieving tension subconsciously held in muscles. Red light in particular has been shown to improve sleep by stimulating melatonin production.
