B) GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES
You expressly agree that your use of the Services, facilities and equipment is at your sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sôlt Haus Pty Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or claim, nor for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind. This includes (but is not limited to) lost profits, lost revenue, loss of production or business opportunities, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs whether arising from a claim for loss of use, loss of profits, or otherwise, and whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory. The Client shall be limited to recovery of damages which have arisen directly out of the Contract. This limitation applies even if the Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Provider’s maximum aggregate liability to the Client — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, warranty, or otherwise — shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be limited to fifty per cent (50%) of the Contract Price.

3. SURVIVAL
All General Conditions clauses shall survive the expiry or termination of the Contract.
