Sôlt Haus - pronounced “salt house” - is a wellness studio like no other. We design slow, gentle wellbeing therapies that nurture body, mind, skin and soul.
Everything we do is grounded in ancient practice and we borrow only the best ingredients from nature. In a world crowded in expense and excess, we find solace in simplicity and choose always to return to the wisdom of the wild.
Our studio draws inspiration from the forests and shoreline of the Nords, using warm textures and earthly colours to evoke a cozy sense of calm and serenity. We look forward to welcoming you in for a wilder wellness experience.
Explore Our Therapies
We are located in the heart of Mona Vale village in the Northern Beaches at 1777 Pittwater Road. You’ll find us between the nail salon (Le Nails) on the corner and the Vietnamese restaurant (Tran An).
There is plenty of free street parking around or in the Woolies multi-story carpark. If you are coming via public transport, we are a short walk away from the main bus terminal in Mona Vale.
Please note we don’t have a bathroom. The closest option is next door to Patterson’s cafe which is just over the road from us.
