The Reset Series is your guided introduction to halotherapy at Sôlt Haus — the only studio on the Northern Beaches offering medical-grade salt therapy in combination with infrared sauna.

Halotherapy — also known as “salt therapy” — involves breathing in micronised particles of salt to promote respiratory and skin health. Inhaling salt particles can reduce inflammation in the respiratory system, help to clear mucus and allergens, and support immune defence. Salt’s antibacterial properties are also beneficial for skin health and can help soothe flare ups.

In combination with the dry heat of infrared sauna therapy which boosts circulation, calms inflammation, and promotes full-body relaxation, the benefits of halotherapy are further enhanced. Together, the therapies support long-term nervous system regulation.

The structured series of three sessions completed within one month is designed to demonstrate the cumulative effects of consistent use.
